  • Competition open exclusively to registered Kinetic Mas Ltd. 2020  masqueraders - Mas Pieta

  • Submit all pictures in costume to promos@kineticmas.com

  • Submissions accepted until midnight July 29th 2022

  • All rights to photographs submitted by for consideration are owned by the individual

  • Kinetic Mas Limited's decision is final

  • Entrants in this Kinetic Mas Costume promotion agree to the following terms & conditions:​

    • Upon submitting entries, individuals automatically grant permission to Kinetic Mas Limited to reproduce any portion of the photo for the purpose of promotion without any compensation or recognition given to owner, regardless of competition result.

    • Permission is also granted to alter the photograph(s). 

    • Promotions are intended to be any of the following: publications which can include but are not limited to, books, cards, calendars, invitations, social media platforms and websites without any compensation or recognition given to the owner.

    • Submissions do not grant permission to Kinetic Mas Limited to resell or use the photographs in a manner that would exploit or cause malicious representation toward me or my company and associates.
